St. Valentine's Walk

Enjoy romantic Dublin and come on one of our very special walks in celebration of Saint Valentine! Take a stroll around the highways and byways of Dublin to hear some stories of romances that blossomed among famous denizens of the past; patriots and priests, writers and warriors, mythological figures and legendary princes. You will also visit Whitefriar Street Church, surprisingly the final resting place of St. Valentine. The tour finishes at The Church, a truly romantic destination on St. Valentine’s Day, which in the past saw many weddings including a famous brewer who is now a worldwide household name!

This tour takes place on 14 February at 2.30pm.

Meeting Point: Corner of St. Andrews/Suffolk Street, Dublin 2, in front of the former church/next to the Molly Malone Statue. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the departure time.

  • To mark St. Valentine’s Day, The Church Café/Bar is offering each pair of walkers two for the price of one for glasses of prosecco, wine or Baileys or cups of tea or coffee AND 20% off bar food!
